Wellness is not the line item.
Workforce continuity is.

KOVA is a measured, on-site program that converts twelve months of biometric data into a procurement-grade outcome — for the whole workforce, not just the leadership team.

THE PREMISE

For ten years, every wellness vendor has measured the same things — step counts, app downloads, lunch-and-learn attendance — and produced exactly the same outcome: a benefit nobody points to in the next budget meeting.

SO THE QUESTION CHANGES

If your wellness spend cannot defend itself against your risk register, it is not wellness spend. It is a perk.

THE TRANSLATION

Wellness is the wrong word.

Here is the right one.

Burnout

Vitality debt

Cardiovascular risk reduction

Stress Relief

Cognitive load management

Mindfulness

Every entry on the right is a budget line procurement already understands. Every entry on the left has been filed under "soft costs" for ten years.

WHAT THE BUDGET ACTUALLY DEFENDS

One program. Four pressures defended.

Workforce continuity

Absenteeism, presenteeism, and the silent cost of employees working unwell. Twelve months of biometric data builds the operational performance recovery case quarter by quarter.

Insurable population health

Cardiovascular and metabolic risk reduction tied to claims data. The biomarker arc gives risk managers and brokers the evidence required to negotiate premiums on the next renewal cycle.

Cognitive load capacity

Sleep, recovery, and stress physiology data quantified for client-facing and high-volume teams. The reframe of stress as a measurable capacity — not a vague feeling — sits inside the L&D and people-development line.

Talent infastructure

A measurable health benefit the whole workforce uses — not a perk for the leadership team. The retention and recruitment case is built from program engagement data, not survey vibes.

THE EQUITY CLAIM

The data that used to live on the leadership floor — now on every floor.

The most actionable biomarker data — full panels, body composition, cardiovascular and recovery measurements — has lived inside executive concierge clinics for two decades. The cost was the moat. KOVA was built to remove it.

The result is the rarest thing in workplace wellness: a program the entire population actually uses.

THE METHOD

A year, measured.

Twelve months. Four quarters. One continuous biometric arc. The structure is consistent across every KOVA engagement — the activations inside it are tailored to the client's workforce at onboarding.

Quarter 01

Foundation.

MONTHS 01 - 03 - BASELINE

The physical baseline is established. Every employee enters the data arc through the same first measurement set. A biomarker draw closes the quarter for Extended and Executive populations.

Ex: physical biometric baseline, metabolic and glucose intelligence, biomarker draw + lab banking

Quarter 02

Performance.

MONTHS 04 - 06 - THE DATA SPEAKS

The first biomarker results return. Strength, capacity, and the mid-year remeasurement. The first comparison arc — month one against month six — is the moment most engagement is locked in.

Ex: biomarker results review, strength and capacity, mid-year biometric remeasurement

Quarter 03

Resilience.

MONTHS 07 - 09 - CAPACITY UNDER LOAD

Recovery infrastructure, sleep physiology, and stress capacity. The second biomarker draw banks the comparison data — and the employer's operational performance case starts to build.

Quarter 04

Longevity.

MONTHS 10 - 12 - CLOSE + RENEWAL BASELINE

Second biomarker results return. The year's biological age arc is rendered. The final biometric closes the program — and becomes the baseline for the year ahead.

THE DATA LAYER

What we measure,
and what it tells you.

Measurement categories are consistent across every KOVA engagement. The specific protocols are tailored to the population at onboarding.

Lean mass, fat mass, segmental analysis

01 · BODY COMPOSITION

The first and most visible data point. Captured at months one, six, and twelve to render the full year arc.

02 · CARDIOVASCULAR

Blood pressure and resting rhythm

The most common silent risk in any workforce population. Detected and trended every biometric month.

03 · RECOVERY

Heart rate variability and stress capacity

Cognitive load and recovery quantified. The single best wearable-accessible measure of stress under load.

04 · FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Grip and muscular capacity

One of the most validated mortality predictors in the medical literature. Captured at every biometric month.

05 · BIOMARKERS

Comprehensive blood panel

Lipids, inflammation, glucose, hormones, thyroid, kidney, liver, micronutrients. Drawn twice per program year.

06 · BIOLOGICAL AGE

Multi-domain longevity score

A five-domain score rendered from a year of accumulated data — the closing measurement of the program arc.

THREE PROGRAMS

One method, three deliveries.

The data arc is the same. The cadence, depth, and personalisation differ — and every engagement is tailored to the workforce population at onboarding.

PROGRAM 01

Standard.

THE FOUNDATION.

A 12-month on-site program for whole-workforce populations. The full method arc — Foundation, Performance, Resilience, Longevity — built around physical biometrics and monthly activations.

  • Whole-workforce delivery

    12 monthly on-site activations

    Biometric remeasurement · M1, M6, M12

    Cardiovascular, strength, and recovery data

Monthly speaker series, tailored to population

Employee data platform · personal dashboard

    Aggregate workforce report · annually

PROGRAM 02 · THE FULL METHOD

Extended.

BIOMARKERS + BIOLOGICAL AGE.

Everything in Standard, plus two biomarker draws and the full longevity layer. The program most KOVA clients select once they understand what twelve months of comparative blood data renders.

  • Everything in Standard

    Two on-site biomarker draws · M3 + M9

Comprehensive blood panel · 28–35 markers

    Individual lab report · employee-held

    Two lab results review sessions

    Biological Age Score · M11

Aggregate ROI report · twice annually

PROGRAM 03

Executive.

PERSONALIZED. HIGH-TOUCH.

A shorter-cadence, more personalised delivery model for senior leadership groups, executive cohorts, founders, and high-performance teams. The full data arc, compressed and individually tailored.

  • Designed for leadership and high-performance teams

    Compressed cadence · accelerated arc

    Individually tailored measurement protocols

    Higher-touch one-to-one consultation layer

Biomarker draws calibrated to cohort goals

    Executive longevity reporting

    Confidential individual + group debrief

A DIFFERENT INFASTRUCTURE

The most measurable wellness intervention
is the building people already work in.

Every workforce program built outside the workplace — clinic visits, off-site retreats, app subscriptions — competes with the workday and loses. KOVA was built on the opposite premise: the data, the conversations, and the behaviour change all happen inside the building, during the hours people are already there.

OPERATIONAL REALITY

It fits inside the workday.

No clinic visits. No off-site days. No HR-managed booking nightmare. The program enters the building, runs alongside the workday, and leaves before close.

Arrival

A KOVA team and a modular equipment kit arrive on-site at a time agreed with the workplace lead. Two coordinators set up two to three stations in a conference room, lobby, or atrium. Total setup, under thirty minutes.

Green number 02 on a white background.

Rotation

Each employee books a fifteen-minute window through the platform. They move through the stations, complete each measurement, and return to their desk. Total time off the floor — under twenty minutes.

The session

Mid-morning or at lunch, the full population gathers for a thirty-minute talk from the month's invited expert. The activation theme, the data, and the session are always sequenced together.

Departure

By late afternoon the kit is repacked and the building is back to normal. Data is in the platform before close — every employee can open their personal dashboard from their phone before they leave.

I built KOVA because every wellness vendor I worked with measured step counts and called it data. None of them ever produced a blood panel an employee could keep. KOVA is what the program looks like when you actually want to know whether it worked.
